Payment
You have two different ways to pay for your order. Once your payment has been registered, your items will be packed and shipped continuously during the week.

- Or choose card payment via Klarna/Kustom
By agreement, you are welcome to pick up your order in our store in Floda to avoid shipping costs. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare your items.
International orders involve different shipping costs than orders within Sweden. Any free shipping offers apply within Sweden only. For purchases outside the EU, customs fees may apply and are paid by the customer.
Terms & Conditions
Packaging materials are included in the price; otherwise, PostNord’s shipping rates apply. Payment should be made within 10 banking days. Free shipping is available for orders over SEK 1500 (within Sweden only, up to a maximum shipping cost of SEK 250). Any discounts apply only to items available in-store and not to special orders. Free shipping applies within Sweden only.
Orders are packed during store opening hours once payment has been registered. When your payment has been received, your parcel will be shipped to the address you provided. For orders to Norway, Denmark, or Finland, please expect higher shipping costs. All deliveries outside Sweden are charged according to the applicable postage/shipping rate to the destination. Deliveries outside the EU may also be subject to local customs fees.
Dockbutiken ships all parcels with tracking. Using the PostNord app, you can follow your order all the way to delivery.
Special Orders
For special orders placed through Dockbutiken with our suppliers, refunds are not available. Instead, the item may be exchanged for another product from Dockbutiken’s regular assortment.
Incorrect Deliveries / Returns
Mistakes can sometimes happen. If for any reason you regret your purchase, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for items bought in our webshop, in accordance with distance selling regulations, starting from the date you receive the item. Returned items should be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.
