Here’s how to place your order:
- Register as a customer under “My Pages”.
- Click “Buy” on the products you wish to purchase – they will be added to your shopping cart.
- In the cart, you can see your selected items and the total amount.
- To make changes to your order, click on the shopping cart.
- At checkout, you’ll see your products, the total amount including shipping, and you can log in or create an account (if you haven’t already).
- Enter a valid email address (preferably not a Hotmail address, as company emails sometimes end up in the spam folder). Your order confirmation and order number will be sent to your email.
- Choose your preferred payment method and accept the terms and conditions.
- Payment can be made to Dockbutiken’s Bankgiro 816-5532 or via Klarna/Kustom. Once your payment has been registered, your order will be packed and shipped.
Please note: Paying the total amount shown in your cart without registering as a customer will not create an order. The order will not be registered and no purchase will be completed.
Dockbutiken ships all parcels with tracking, which means you can follow your delivery all the way using the PostNord app.
Orders from abroad
- For deliveries outside Sweden, shipping/postage costs are updated according to the current rate for each destination country.
Order packing
- Orders are packed during store opening hours.
- When paying with Klarna/Kustom, orders are packed continuously.
- If you choose Bankgiro payment, your order will be packed once the payment has been registered.
We reserve the right for possible delivery delays, items selling out, and price adjustments.
Returns
- If you wish to return an item, you must contact us to receive the correct return address, which is not the same as our store address in Floda.
