Right of withdrawal, exchanges & complaints
As a private customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal or exchange when shopping online. This means you may return unused and undamaged items in their original packaging, with all seals intact, within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
If a product is damaged upon opening or has a defect, you have the right to file a complaint for up to three years from the date you received the item. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time and no later than two months after discovering the issue.
If the product includes a warranty longer than three years, you may submit a claim within the warranty period.
Customers are expected to inspect their goods upon receipt and report any defects within a reasonable time. Faults that appear later may be covered by the warranty. Otherwise, we refer you to the respective manufacturer or service provider.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered, we will reimburse the return shipping cost as well as the amount paid for the item, provided that we cannot replace the product within a reasonable time.
Please note:
Before returning any item, you must contact us to receive the correct return address. This is not the same as the store address in Floda, Sweden.
